WHY MEMBERS-ONLY?
Due to health code and other restrictions, there are certain parts of OBON at HOME that we have to limit to our dues-paying members. The entire OBON at HOME broadcast and certain merchandise will be available to the general public; however, all food sales and previously subsidized items (such as leftover prizes from previous Obons) need to be limited to our current membership.
If you would like to join us as a member, you may do so at this time on our OBON at HOME Members-Only Order Form. People of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and races are welcome to join the Mountain View Buddhist Temple Sangha.
To make membership more accessible, we are offering an INTRODUCTORY HALF-PRICE MEMBERSHIP ($150, good through December 31, 2020). In January 2021, you will be invited to renew at standard 2021 rates. We look forward to continuing to have you become a cherished member of our Sangha with all the benefits that membership can provide.
The following items are available to only members of the Mountain View Buddhist Temple. Please fill out an Obon at Home Order Form. All orders are due by June 30, 2020. After all orders are in, you will be assigned a time to pick-up your order between 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18th.

We are so lucky to have such talented artists in our Sangha. Ashley Andrews created our OBON at HOME mascot and logo, and Kristi Matsumoto is in the process of creating a Putra coloring book! This coloring book will also include stickers and games for the kids (and adults!) to play along during the OBON at HOME broadcast.
