For Members
Get Ready for Obon-NOT-AT-Home!
Obon is back! Well, it’s kinda back. What does this mean? We will be able to gather in person for a live Obon Festival. However, due to ongoing COVID concerns, this is a members only event and the number of attendees is limited.
Participation will be limited to MVBT & its Affiliated Organization members only and is first come, first served.
In order to keep track of attendees, registration is required. Also, all in person participants must be fully vaccinated, masked and complete the MVBT’s online health attestation form prior to attending. For those who only want to order food, preorder for take out only is available.
Learn more about the event details at the pages below, or go directly to our member form.
In-person registration and food orders are now closed. Lantern donations are still being accepted using the Consolidated Order Form.
The form above should be used for event registration, food orders, and donations. If you missed something on your first form completion, please submit a second, Add On order.
